Our
Values
We
Believe That...
1
- True Disciples Of Jesus Christ Need A Good Heart, That
Chooses To Do The Right Thing
-
A
heart after God that genuinely wants to change to become
more like Jesus each day.
-
The desire, over the process of a lifetime to repent
and turn away from as much of our old sinful, carnal,
flesh life as possible. And
to line ourselves up with God’s ways more and more.
-
Progressively developing and showing more Godly character
and nature as time goes on.
-
Our
dream is to become God centered and to bring our lives
into divine order in every area of our lives.
-
To
always be willing to accept the challenge to continue
to grow in our relationship with God.
2
- God Transforms Our Lives Through Holy Spirit Anointed,
Biblical Preaching And Teaching
-
Strategic
messages that are powerfully imparted into our hearts
and not just into our heads.
-
Practical and relevant messages that we can take into
the week ahead, to help us in our every day lives.
-
Godly
principles that will give us success, freedom and the
ability to lead overcoming lives.

The
Next Five Values, Complement Our Church Foundation
Of Evangelism, Leadership, Worship, Generosity and
Acceptance.
|
3
- Spiritual And Numerical Church Growth Is Important As
Jesus Came to Seek And Save The Lost
-
We
need to regularly ask God to give us His heart for lost
people
-
Accept
that reaching the lost, is our God given, No 1 reason
for existing as a church.
-
Pray
for divine appointments and opportunities to develop
genuine friendships with pre-christians.
-
Use
friendship evangelism and understand that it is a process,
to lead people to Jesus.
4
- Leadership Is Influence, So All Christians Are Leaders
As We Influence Others Towards Jesus Christ
-
This focuses us to become strong Christians, men, warriors,
marriages, families and church leaders.
-
We see that full devotion to Jesus Christ and His cause
and setting an example, is normal for every believer.
-
Churches should be led by those with leadership gifts.
-
Churches lead by having a strategic mission, vision,
foundations, philosophy and purpose for existing.
-
Churches lead by training, equipping and releasing people
into ministry in the church and community.
5
- Christians Worship God In Spirit And In Truth
-
Our worship of God is a reflection of our heart towards
Him.
-
We
should worship Him, with every part of us, - mind, body,
soul and spirit.
-
Fully worshipping God with all of the symbolic expressions
of love, trust, surrender and humility we can.
-
When we worship God, our spirit connects to God’s spirit,
so it is an instant connection all the time.
6
- God Wants Us To Prosper In Every Area Of Our Lives
-
Physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, financially,
economically.
-
Bringing
freedom and liberty and wholeness and health to all
areas of our lives.
7
- We Need To Love And Accept Everybody Who Walks Through
Our Door
-
There is always room for someone new to be welcomed
and cared for.
-
Always
love and accept the people, but not necessarily their
lifestyle or behaviour.
-
Accept
and leave it to God, not us, to change people from the
inside out, in his time, in his way.
-
Teach
people God’s morals, values and ethics, mainly by the
example of our own lives as well as with our words at
the right time.
-
When
people ask, encourage them to live out God’s ways as
the true and right way to live their lives.
8
- God's Love Makes Reconciliation A Reality
9
- Being And Doing Our Very Best Honours God
-
Excellence
honours God and inspires people.
-
It’s
not about perfection, but about giving everything we
put our hand to, our best shot.
10
- Church Is A Family/Whanau And We All Need To Work Together
As A United Team To Achieve God's Purposes
-
Where
there is unity, there the Lord commands His blessing.
-
Consistently watch each others backs by praying against
enemy attacks and demonic assignments that come our
way.
Silence negativity and gossip and slander, by refusing
to buy into it and by choosing not to tear each other
down.
-
Accomplish
effective ministry by building great teams and relationships
with those we work with.
-
Serve
one another by using our God given gifts and talents
to help each other.
Build genuine, loving relationships that permeate every
aspect of church life.
